I just re-watched a movie recently: The Jane Austen Book Club
In the movie, there's this girl, Allegra, who's really into extreme sports, and you see her getting injuries for skydiving and rock-climbing, and supposedly, other sorts of injuries for sports that she does 'outside' of the film

Cold, challenging, and downright scary
And there's no way the snow is breaking your fall
